How did your favourite gardens and exhibits do?

Here’s a rundown of the main awards in each category and I’m delighted to say my pick of the bunch, Cactus Direct: 2101, won two – Best Future Spaces Garden and Best Construction Award, so congratulations go to Michael McGarr.

Best Show Garden: United Utilities Slow the Flow Garden, designed by John Everiss Design Ltd and Francesca Murrell.

Best Back to Back Garden: Macmillan Legacy Garden, designed by Lara Behr.

Best RHS Young Landscape Contractor (supported by BALI) and Young Planting Designer: Chaos to Coastline Coastal Garden, designed by Ben Poulter (Young Planting Designer) and Elliott Hood (Young Landscape Contractor).

Best Exhibit in the National Plant Societies and Plant Heritage Marquee: North of England Orchid Society.

Best Exhibit in the Floral Design Studio: Cheshire Area of NAFAS.

Best Exhibit in the Floral Marquee: Holden Clough Nursery.
