Celebrate spring at the four RHS gardens

Spring has well and truly sprung and the RHS gardens are bursting with life and new growth this April.

Here are the events for the month:

2–3 April: Early Daffodil Competition, RHS Garden Wisley
Focusing on miniature daffodils, enjoy the flowers in the shelter of the Glasshouse Gallery. Free to enter, visit www.rhs.org.uk/wisley

6–7 April: Wool & Yarn Fest, RHS Garden Rosemoor
Supporting the local sheep farming heritage, this new event will feature traders and exhibitors including young alpacas and spring lambs. www.rhs.org.uk/rosemoor

Easter holiday fun

6–29 April: Easter Holidays Drop-in Fun Family Activities, all gardens

11 April–14 May: Printing Showcase in the Bath House Gallery, RHS Garden Harlow Carr

15 April–31 May: Late Spring Sensations Garden Trail, RHS Garden Rosemoor

16–17 April: The Daffodil Show, RHS Garden Wisley

Iris Society show

27 April: British Iris Society Late Spring Show, RHS Garden Wisley
