Join members of the Harrogate and Ripon Beekeepers Association at 2pm for a demonstration of the traditional craft of beekeeping.

A garden walk, talks and advice on all aspects of using grasses in a garden.

July 20–21: Carnivorous Plant Show, Wisley
Explore the world of carnivorous plants, including Venus fly traps, bladderworts and pitcher plants.

Summer holiday children’s fun

July 20-September 2: Family Fun Garden Adventures with The Very Hungry Caterpillar, all gardens, dates and times vary
Visitors can join in an anniversary celebration, as the RHS partners with The World of Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar for a summer of family fun to mark the book’s 50th  anniversary.

July 23: A Celebration of Echinacea, The Glasshouse, Wisley
Find out more about the RHS Echinacea trials, join in propagation and plant care demonstrations along with talks and free tours.

July 28: Wind in the Willows, Wisley
Join Mole, Ratty and Badger on their adventures in Quantum Theatre’s new adaptation of the Kenneth Grahame classic.

July 31-August 4: Hyde Hall Flower Show 10th anniversary show
Floral displays, plants to buy, garden sundries and ornaments, food and drink stalls and live music.
